Information we collect
When you use the access or contact form, we collect the request type, name, work email, company, role, selected platforms, your message, and whether you separately opted into product updates. The site does not accept file uploads, app builds, screenshots, credentials, test data, payment data, or account passwords.
How we use it
We use submissions to evaluate early-access fit, respond to product, walkthrough, use-case, security, or privacy requests, understand demand, prevent abuse, and maintain the request process. Optional product updates are based only on the separate unchecked marketing choice.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database provisioned for this Site. There is no public endpoint for listing submissions. Access is limited to authorized Site operators and platform infrastructure needed to run the service. Standard infrastructure may process request metadata and security logs.
Retention and deletion
No automatic deletion period is implemented. We retain a submission while it is needed to review or respond, support the pre-release program, handle disputes, or meet operational obligations. You can ask us to delete or correct it using the Privacy request option; we will verify the request before acting.
Future product data
A future FlowPoint pilot may involve authorized application URLs, credentials, builds, screenshots, logs, network traces, test data, and results. This website does not collect those materials. Any pilot must document environment lifecycle, access, providers, retention, deletion, human approvals, and model processing in a separate agreement before data is connected.
Your choices and requests
You may decline optional updates without affecting a product request. Use Contact → Privacy request to ask for access, correction, deletion, or information about a submission. Do not include sensitive authentication data in that request.
Operator information and updates
The public brand is FlowPoint AI and the intended domain is flowpointsi.cloud. A legal entity, jurisdiction, postal address, privacy officer, and verified email address have not been supplied, so this policy does not invent them. Those operator facts remain a launch blocker for public legal publication and must be added when verified.
Implementation and policy consistency review
These materials were reviewed against the implemented forms, storage, cookies, routes, and product claims. That review is not a lawyer’s approval and does not guarantee compliance in every jurisdiction.
